Welcome to Specmonkey, an AI-powered test case generation platform for QA teams. By accessing, downloading, installing, and using this application, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please uninstall SpeckMonkey immediately. These Terms govern your use of Specmonkey and apply to all users, including individuals, teams, and organizations.

2. App Overview

Specmonkey provides AI-driven test case generation, test management, and reporting tools to streamline QA processes. The App integrates natively with Azure DevOps, allowing users to generate, customize, and manage test cases, track testing progress, and report bugs efficiently. Features include AI-powered analysis, real-time reporting, and test case status updates.

3. User Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old.
•  Only authorized employees, contractors, project managers or team members can access Specmonkey.

4. Account and Data Use

• Account Creation: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during account setup, including a valid work email.
• Roles: Users are assigned roles (e.g., QA engineer, manager, admin) by their organization or team admin within Azure DevOps.
• Data Usage: Specmonkey collects and processes data such as task descriptions, test cases, and user activity to deliver the Service. This includes AI analysis of task content to generate test cases (functional, UI, performance, security, accessibility).
• Data Access: Test cases and reports are accessible to authorized team members within your Azure DevOps environment.

5. User Responsibilities

• Use Specmonkey solely for its intended purpose: QA testing and management within Azure DevOps.
• Unauthorized use, data extraction, reverse engineering, or tampering with Specmonkey services is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Specmonkey is a QA tool and is not responsible for disputes between users, teams, or organizations.
• Specmonkey is not liable for errors in test case generation results.

7. Account Termination

• Users lose app access upon contract termination, project completion, or upon employer request.
• Accounts may also be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

8. Data Security

Specmonkey employs strict security measures:

• Data encryption on Azure servers.
• Role-based access controls to protect user data.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kings County, New York, New York, United States for the resolution of any disputes.

10. Variation of Terms

Specmonkey is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.the revised terms.
